Dr. Adina Chapman is project coordinator for the Tuning USA work of the Institute for Evidence-Based Change (IEBC). As coordinator, she is working both across the country and internationally. She came to IEBC from the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education (CPE) where she served as Senior Associate for Academic Affairs. As Kentucky’s Tuning USA Director, she coordinated Kentucky’s Tuning efforts in the disciplines of biology, business, elementary education, nursing, and social work. During her tenure at CPE, she also led general education, faculty development and policy development on statewide transfer initiatives. Prior to CPE, Dr. Chapman served as Senior Veterans Affairs Consultant for the Kentucky Approving Agency for Veterans Education, a part of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).
