Dr. Connie Fish, Collaboration Coordinator for IEBC, is responsible for facilitating cross-segment collaboration, including curriculum alignment and the development of curriculum guides. She has worked extensively in education at all levels and in multiple organizational structures for more than forty years. Her career has included leadership instruction as a graduate school professor and educational consultant and K-12 educational leadership in numerous positions.

Currently an adjunct university professor at Pt. Loma Nazarene University, her teaching has included courses in instructional and organizational leadership, resource management, and ethical leadership. Her experience in elementary districts includes administrative positions in Fallbrook, Santee, Chula Vista and Lakeside.

Prior to joining IEBC, she served as regional coordinator for Cal-Pass, facilitating professional learning councils of teachers between educational segments.

Dr. Fish earned a bachelor’s degree from Seattle Pacific University, a master’s degree from Point Loma Nazarene University and her doctorate in educational policy, planning and administration from the University of Southern California.
