Melissa Remotti has over 20 years’ experience in the education and non-profit sectors. As Grants Manager for IEBC, she is responsible for managing grants and contracts in support of IEBC’s Mission and programs. Her background includes assisting non-profit organizations with developing strategic frameworks, evidence-based program assessments, budget forecasts, funding strategies, and grant proposals to support growth needs.
She was previously Program Director for Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties, Director of Special Projects and Operations for the Office of the President and adjunct faculty member at CSU Channel Islands, and Executive Staff to the Ventura County P-20 Council. She has served on numerous regional educational advisory councils and boards.
Melissa earned her M.A. in Educational Psychology from CSU Northridge and her B.S. in Music Education from Hartwick College in New York.
