Recently, IEBC President Brad Phillips presented the closing keynote address for the National Center for Inquiry and Improvement (NCII) Rural Guided Pathways Institute.
“Creating a Culture of Care on a Campus and in a Community” focused on how creating “Caring Campuses” supports implementation of Guided Pathways and leads to increased student persistence and success, as well as increased faculty and staff satisfaction.
