The workshop “Caring Campus: The Power of Creating Relationships to Support Student Success” was presented at the recent NISOD conference by IEBC Caring Campus Coaches Jo-Carol Fabianke and Jordan Horowitz.
A wonderfully engaged audience was part of the discussion of the actions that make a difference – actions that everyone may do, but without being aware of their impact. Coaches Fabianke and Horowitz shared how professional staff are committing to easy, low-cost behaviors that bring the human component to student interactions, improve student success, and increase job satisfaction in over 80 colleges around the country.
