In this one-hour webinar, IEBC leadership and special guests addressed issues that professional staff face while providing virtual student services and also presented practical ways for college leadership to support professional staff in their work to support students. The Caring Campus: Integrating Professional Staff  into Comprehensive Student Success Efforts  The importance of connecting to students, and the role of classified professional staff in this, is critically important. This half-hour presentation introduced Caring Campus and how it works to maintain the human connection, provide support to staff, and is key to retaining students and improving student success.

It’s Better to Lead Than Lag

These leading indicators impact lagging indicators, ensure positive outcomes and advance student success.

The California Association for Institutional Research (CAIR) welcomed IEBC President Brad Phillips who presented the Telling Your Story with Data workshop on Nov. 6, and moderated the plenary panel on Research in Action: Actionable Intelligence to Support Student Success on Nov. 9.

NACEP – San Antonio, Texas

IEBC vice president Jordan Horowitz presented his popular workshop on the Partnership of Concurrent Enrollment and Data at the National Association of Concurrent Enrollment Partnerships (NACEP) national conference.
